In August 2006, Ray Benderer and Chris Prater decided to start a heating, cooling and plumbing business of their own. Between the two of them they had over 23 years of experience.

Chris and Ray like to work closely with their customers so they can serve them and their needs best. C & R provides service for residential and commercial buildings. We work on the new constructions and renovations. C & R Heating provides 24 hour emergency service.

C & R specializes in heating and air conditioning systems creating custom duct work to best fit each job. Looking for the latest in heating systems, C & R installs Radiant Heat and Geo Thermal.

C & R can service or repair your old boiler or install a new one to best fit your needs and efficiency in this day and age of soaring oil prices. Commercial and residential accounts are welcome. C & R also installs Heat Pumps, Chillers, UV Lights, Humidifiers and De-Humidifiers. C & R can wire the most advanced electrical systems for heating and cooling and are fully certified in gas and natural gas installations.
